Ebeneris rose up to the occasion by serving as a consultant for Ericsson in Sierra Leone. During this role, he led a team of engineers in Sierra Leone and India to optimize Airtel Sierra Leone network. About this particular role, Ebeneris remarks “The role of mobile network communication in managing a deadly ebola virus is crucial and my involvement at that particular time in Sierra Leone is borne out of my conviction that it will take only Africans to solve African problems. I accepted the role with all the associated risks because I saw it as my way of contributing to solving African problems”.Other networks he worked on include Sierratel, Greenet, Smart and Africell. He currently leads a team of engineers to optimize MTN Ghana network.
